End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 23 May 2025

1. License Grant

letsgossips.com grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
• No renting, leasing, lending, reselling, or sublicensing the App.
• No using the App to develop a competing product or service.

3. Ownership

All title, ownership, and intellectual-property rights in and to the App remain with letsgossips.com and its licensors.

4. Updates

We may provide updates that must be installed for continued use; updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

6. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable export laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
